Thank you for purchasing and joining The Confident Money Course!

You’ve just taken a major step toward building wealth calmly and confidently — and I'm so excited to guide you through it.

1. Programme Details

The course is delivered digitally via a secure member portal. You’ll need a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with internet access to view materials.

I aim to keep access available at all times. However, temporary interruptions may occur. If this happens, please contact me at [mo@confidentmoneymoves.com] and we’ll work quickly to restore access.

2. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All videos, PDFs, text, graphics, and other course or guide materials (“Content”) remain the sole property of Mo Adenuga.

By purchasing, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning only.

You must not copy, share, resell, upload, or distribute any Content to others. Doing so may result in removal from the Programme and/or legal action.

3. Payment & Refunds

The Confident Money Course is priced at £57 (one-time).

Because you receive immediate access to all materials at the time of purchase, all sales are generally final.

4. Your Responsibilities

The Programme is educational and not financial advice. Results depend on your own effort, discipline, and consistency.

You agree to keep your login secure and not allow anyone else to access materials under your account.

5. Communication

We’ll send your access link, receipts, and important updates to the email you provide at checkout.

By purchasing, you agree that all official communication can be electronic.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (without refund) if you materially breach these Terms, for example, by sharing course content, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in abuse or spam.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued access means you accept the most recent version.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mo Adenuga and team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the Programme.

Nothing limits our liability for fraud, negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution. If unresolved, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Guarantees & Disclaimer

We believe deeply in the tools and frameworks inside the Confident Money Club. Still, financial markets carry inherent risk, and we do not guarantee specific results or returns. This is an educational resource, not investment or financial advice.
